From scattered shots to a clear island story in 8 weeks
The agency had a library of dreamy destination photos but no cohesive feed, voice, or posting rhythm. They weren’t looking for aggressive sales—just a polished presence that would nudge curious scrollers to start a trip-planning conversation.

Travel Agency - Feed Refresh
Overview
A lightweight content system was built around three repeatable themes—Adventure, Slow Days, Local Color—so the owner could keep posting long after hand-off.
We audited the last 90 posts, DMs, and story analytics to identify the strongest visual themes and the biggest engagement gaps.

The Challenge
Inconsistent visuals: outdoor surf clip, then a spa towel stack, then a random street shot. Long posting gaps; no content calendar.
Captions were generic and CTA-free. No Story Highlights for FAQs, packages, or user-generated content (UGC).

The Solution
30-day calendar: 3 grid posts & 5–7 stories per week, pre-planned and batched. Visual rhythm: every nine-tile row told a micro-story—hook (adventure), breathe (slow days), connect (local color).
Instagram · Canva Pro (grid layout & carousels) · CapCut (Reels edits)
Caption refresh: concise travel tips + Urdu-English hooks + “DM ‘plan’” CTA. Story Highlights: Packages · Q&A · Weather Today · Traveller Reposts.

Performance Results
The feed now looks intentional, visitors scroll longer, and the agency owner can keep the system running solo.
