By synchronising Meta Pixel events with GA4 and Mailchimp, we built an always-on growth engine that turned traffic spikes into measurable revenue.
Local food producers faced significant challenges in connecting directly with restaurants, resulting in lost opportunities and excessive waste. Traditional distribution networks were inefficient, costly, and often failed to preserve the personal relationships crucial to quality food sourcing.

High ad spend produced impressive reach—12 M+ people—but the pathway from click to cart leaked conversions at every step.
Limited first-party data hindered retargeting, and the creative library lacked diversity for A/B testing across global markets.

Designed a three-tier campaign structure (Awareness → Lead Gen → Purchase) and installed event tracking for PageView, Lead, Add-to-Cart, Initiate Checkout and Purchase.
